Want to sync your workouts with the Apple Watch? No problem! With just a few settings, you can ensure that your planned workouts are automatically loaded onto your Apple Watch and that completed sessions are synced back to 2PEAK. Here’s how to do it!
Step 1: Enable Apple Workout Kit in Settings
To make synchronization work, first enable the Apple Workout Kit in 2PEAK settings:
- Open the 2PEAK app on your smartphone.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Connected Devices.
- Enable the Apple Workout Kit option and allow 2PEAK to access Workouts and Activity Data in Apple Health (if not already enabled).
Step 2: Automatically Load Workouts onto Your Apple Watch
After enabling the Apple Workout Kit and granting access, the rest happens automatically:
- 2PEAK uploads your planned workouts for the upcoming week to your Apple Watch.
- You will find the workouts directly in the official Apple “Workout” app.
Step 3: Start Your Workout
Now you’re ready to go:
- Open the “Workout” app on your Apple Watch.
- Select the planned workout.
- Press Start and get going!
Done! Everything Syncs Automatically
After the workout, your completed session will automatically sync with 2PEAK. You don’t need to do anything else – this way, you can keep track of your performance and ensure your training plan is always up-to-date.
Good to know: If you start a workout on the Apple Watch that isn’t in your plan, it will still be transferred to 2PEAK. This way, your training log stays complete!
