Multisport in 2PEAK – that’s how it works

Training in different sports has proven positive effects on general health and individual performance. 2PEAK helps you to optimally integrate training in different disciplines into your daily training routine. In this article, you will learn how to adjust your training plan to multisport.

Prerequisites and choice of sports

The basic requirement for using the 2PEAK multisport function is that you have a Race or Unlimited subscription.

Once this requirement has been met, you can select the sports that you would like to include as alternatives in your training plan. To do this, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the browser version (the pre-selection of sports is not yet available in the app) and then on “My settings”. Under the heading “Multisport” you will find the option “Change”, which allows you to choose from 22 different sports.

Incorporate multisport into your training plan

The next step is to add your desired sport to the plan.

HOW TO PROCEED IN THE APP

Click on the three dots at the top right to open the menu. Select the second uppermost icon to go to the weekly schedule settings.

Here you can edit an existing workout or add a new one using the “+” icon. The sport can be selected on the opening screen. After you have defined the weekly schedule, 2PEAK calculates the optimal amount of training and ensures the units are well coordinated.

HOW TO PROCEED IN THE BROWSER VERSION

Click on the “Plans” tab at the top of the screen and select ” Adjust schedule”. On this page, you define your weekly schedule. So you choose on which day you can spend how much time for which kind of training. The sports selected in the first point (e.g. cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, etc.) can now be selected via the drop-down menu in the sports. After you have defined the weekly plan, 2PEAK calculates the optimal amount of training and ensures that the units are well coordinated.
